Description:

The histoire of an anoient russian town Pskov is rich in events. Most signifacant of them stay of V.Lenin in Pskov in connection with the preparation for publishing of the newspaper "Iskra". Linin invited in Pskov revolutionary Sosial-Democrats. They had a meeting which is Known in the histoire as the "Pskov Meeting". Here finally setled the question of publishing "Iskra" and the revolutionary Marxist party was created.
