Description:

In 1979 from an exposition on edge stories the stationary exposition "the Voronezh region in the Great Patriotic War has been allocated. 1941 - 1945", taken places in a building of shop of cloth factory of a merchant Gardenin constructed in 1770th. Department "Great Patriotic War" ("Arsenal") the department of a museum "Arsenal" has been opened on November, 5th, 1983. From the date of opening has visited more than 1,5 million persons. The area of exposition halls of department makes 600 м2. To the Victory 60 anniversary (May, 2005) the exposition of the second floor by quantity of subjects has increased twice. It is in total presented about 1200 exhibits. To various memorials in a museum exhibitions constantly open
