The Memorial Flat is a special hotel apartment whereto Andrey Sakharov was taken to spend 7 years of Gorky exile. The materials exhibited in the Museum mainly concern the details of A.D.Sakharov's life and work in conditions of strong pressure of the KGB aiming to stop his public activities for human rights and peaceful coexistence
