Description:

The museum was founded in 1968. P.E. Shtilman is the founder and the leaderof the museum during 33 years. The museum contains two halls with regular acting exhibits: the hall of the revolution and estabilishing of the Soviet Power in the district, the hall devoted Great Patriotic War, the hall of the contemprary life, and the hall devoted to the life and creative work of I. Talkov.

The hall of contemprory life is divided into to subdivisions: native and ecology of the place, economy and famous people of the district.

the museum corners out not only the excursions, but organized lectures, meetings, parties and helps teachers to hold lessons in the museum.
