Description:

Egorievsk History and Art Museum was founded in 1911 by local merchant M.N. Bardygin. From the end of 1990-s the collection is housed in the mansion of local merchants Nikitins (the end of XIX century) which is situated in the historic centre of Egorievsk. The main exhibition presents the best items of Russian crafts and manufactures from XVII to XX centuries: glass, ceramics, metal, fabrics, carved bone, wood; and the unique collection of Russian na?ve art of XVIII-XIX centuries. Only here you can enjoy the "Light Feast", travel into "The Fourth Dimension", read "Singing Book", talk with famous soothsayer and become participants of traditional Russian holidays
