The Museum unites two artchitectural and landscape ensembles: the villages Zakharovo and Vyazyomy. It's the only place, connected with green years of famous Russian poet A.S.Pushkin. He spent here the years from 1805 to 1810, up to the arrival to Lyceum. In Zakharovo there are kept the remaints of the ancient park and pond. The restoration of Pushkin's Grandmother M.A.Cannibal is going on. In Vyazyemy, the place that belonged to remote relatives of Pushkin, to princes Golitsin, here is kept the whole palace and park ensemble of 16-19th centuries. Among the ancients are the church of the 16th century, jingle-bells building, the palace with the working houses, the parks and the ponds. There is the grave of Pushkin's brother Nickola in the church yard. There were the events of war of 1812. These places and historical events can be found in Pushkin's poetical works
