Based on the decision of the Presidium of the District Council of 3 April 1997 "On creation of the local history museum in the region Kaltasinsky" decided to open a museum. In March 1998, he was commissioned Ietazh district museum. May 8, 2001 the grand official opening. Thanks to the enormous, laborious work of local historian, academic secretary of the museum Isimetova Sergei Isimetovicha here contains unique exhibits, materials, important documents and photos.

    The museum has 10 rooms from exhibits on various subjects: "Our region in ancient times", "flora and fauna", "Farm house", "hut Mari", "Bashkir hut", "Russian hut", "National Costumes" "Small Martial Glory" (1st floor), "Hall of Battle and Labour Glory" (2nd floor), "Exhibition Hall".

    The Museum is proud to kaltasintsev, a favorite place for its residents and visitors to the area. It hosts lessons of courage, history, culture, geography, drawing, presentations, exhibitions, thematic lectures and tours, special events and dates.
