Museum and Exhibition Centre "Rabochiy i kolkhoznitsa" was inaugurated on September, 4th 2010 in the recreated object of cultural heritage that is the pavilion-pedestal of original proportions of the one designed by Boris Iofan and made in 1937 for the World's Fair in Paris. There is the famous monument of Vera Mukhina "Rabochiy i kolkhoznitsa" on the pedestal. The pedestal sizes are 21x65,5 m. The height is 34,5 m. The monument height is 23,5 m. Capacity of the venue is 1200 people. This large centre contains a museum, three floors of halls for exhibitions and a conference hall.

    The museum exposition reveals history of creating the pavilion and monument for the 1937 World's Fair in Paris. There are archive documents and photographs, layouts, picturesque works and sculptures, memorial things of Boris Iofan and Vera Mukhina. Documentary films are demonstrated in the museum
