The Regional museum is located in s. Dugulybgey D.C. Baksan KBR. museum leads the work on conservation of the cultural heritage, public tradition providence and folklore, public holiday, rite, calendar holiday. The History museum began long before opening in 1999 in Baksane with small rural museum. The Founder was a writer and journalist Nurbi ZHilyaev. Guests visitted in museum from Turkey and South Africa, Jordan and Syria, Germany and Holland, from Orel, Tbilisi and Moscow
