The Museum Complex of Local Lore and History of Glasovsky District was formed of the Local History Museums "Sepichkar" in Cochishevo (founded in 1990) and "Istoki" in Zolotarevo (founded in 1995) on the 1st of February 2000, now these museums are the departments of the museum complex. During the 10 years of the museum existence 4202 museum pieces were collected, more than the half are exhibited in the museum halls. The funds of "Sepichkar" contain the unique photos and documents about the history of the kolkhoz n.a.Ilyich and lost villages of Glasovsky District.

    History of technique represented by the different types of radios, gramophones, record players of the Soviet Union times. The department "Istoki" brightly and variedly introduced to the culture of Northern Udmurts. The most ancient exhibits date from the end of 19th and the beginning of 20th century. The exposition "Our Land in a Flame of the Civil War" was furthermore opened. The museum complex in close collaboration with the centers of Udmurts', Tatars' and Besermians' cultures arrange an excursion tours through the Glazovsky District in order to observe the unique monuments of nature, history and culture. The museum staff designs thematic exhibitions, deliver the lectures about the history of the native land
