The museum of People's Artist of USSR Valentin Pluchek /4.09.1909 - 17.08.2002/ was found on 15th of October 2009, by the centennial of the outstanding director. On the 13th floor in the apartment № 47 Valentin Nikolaevich Pluchek had been living during 30 years, from 1970 till the end of his life in 2002. His neighbours and friends were S. Rikhter, Yu. Nikulin, R. Nifontova, B. Andreev, R. Plyatt, B. Ravenskikh, A. Goncharov.

    In the Pluchek's apartment there are spacious hall and living room, not big, but light and cozy rooms, everything is preserved as it was in life of famous owner. The old-time furniture, china, crystal chandeliers, massive bronze lamps, invaluable works of pictorial art and graphics, received as a gift from their authors: works of Tyshler and Falk, Shagal and L?ger, compositions on Bible theme by Picasso.

    Memorial part of exposition is supplemented with V. Levental's sketches for the play "The Cherry Orchard", Andrey Mironov's costume from "Figaro", uniform of A.D.Papanov in the role of mayor, layouts for the plays "The Bathhouse" and "The Government Inspector", sketches for "Mystery-Bouffe
