The historico-localy museum in Nytva was opened in 1958 on 30th April. It is situated in the historical centre of Nytva. Building of the museum is an architectural memorial of the end 19th century. The most interesting is an exposition about town and district history of the 19th - beginning 20th century. The museum exhibition "Fair in Nytva" is very attractive for visitors (designers: Murgin A., Fomichov A., Perm-city). The main direction of the museum activities is collection, keeping and study of exhibits, organization and holding of excursions, exhibitions, giving talkes, carrying out the museum pedagogics.
