The art gallery "Ugoria" was founded in Nefteugansk, in 1995 on 1 of August and opened its exhibitional halls for visitors in 15 of May in 1999. The founders of this gallery are Savostyanov's creative family. The idea of creation of art gallery in our town belongs to period of time, when was formed the public organization by department of culture which was called "federation of amateur unions" and club by interests (1986-1989). The leader of art section was N.V. Savostyanov. At last after a lot of exhibitions in Nefteyugansk and in other cities and also aboard. On the 1-st of August in 1995 in our region was registred the private art gallery with historical name "Ugoria". The opening of the exhibition's halls of the gallery "Ugoria", the director og this gallery is Nikolay Savostyanov (a member of International union of arts), it was happened in the eve of International day of museum.

    The exhibitions of Nefteugansk's artists were organized and conducted by Savostyanov in Moscow, in museum of publisher - I.D. Sutin, in stars city - in Russian center of cosmonaut's training, in lisbon, the International exhibition in Portugal. Besides, the artist exhibited his works in the Central House of Moscow's Artists and in the International Exhibitional Center in Granada - Spain.

    In collection "The steps of creation", which was timed to ten-yaer period of exhibitional activity of Nefteugansk's artists-authors S. Zonina wrote "... Our artists have dream about their own hall, because they think that in our town are not so much squares for exhibitions and also we have not their own studio for creator of beauty... The dream about Artist's House which can become as club and exhibitional ground for the professional artists which permits to take more new-comer exhibitions which assist of formation of art's tastes of native people".

    The artists dream came true. The exhibitional halls of Art'gallery "Ugoria" were opened and became the event in art's life of town.

    At present moment the collaborators of the gallery realize the active cultural - educational activity, organize the master-class, seminars and other measures of educational character.

    The main link by the gallery is the creation of children's studio, where children from other schools are occupied.
