The "Rainbow" Cultural-Exhibition Centre is a part of International Public Organization "The Centre of Spiritual Culture". It is a non-profit public organisation, concerning itself in a culture-educational activity. The main specialisation is to organise moving and permanent exhibitions from the computer reproductions of the paintings of great artists, to conduct excursions and to give lectures on world art culture. The main task is to popularise the world art legacy.
