The Science Museum “Nizhny Novgorod Radio Laboratory” of the Nizhny Novgorod State University will become a regional multifunctional center in the cultural, scientific, and educational space of the Nizhny Novgorod region and will aim at displaying Nizhny Novgorod, Russian, and international scientific achievements to all layers of the regional society using vivid and bright innovational forms of presentation. The conceptual structure of the Museum consists of the four big blocs. (Each of them may be realized as an important single project. At the same time complete interrelation of these parts gives the necessary integral effect.) These blocs are The Memorial museum “Nizhny Novgorod Radio Laboratory”, The Museum of Nizhny Novgorod science, The Virtual museum of science, and The Computer museum. Development of a Science Museum and its effective functioning is possible only on the basis of such an integrated and specialized educational and research institution as the Nizhny Novgorod State University.
