The jewelry Museum of modern art opened in April 2014 at the office of the company "Almaz-Holding". There are jewelry products, made hereditary masters - natives of the "jewelry capital" of our country - Krasnoe-na-Volge (Kostroma region) here. They professionally combine both modern technology (for example, electroforming), and ancient: different types of enamel and other.

    Products made in the technique of filigree, are especially interesting for people. Since the 16th century Kostroma jewelers used this technique to create jewelry, utensils and souvenirs. The uniqueness filigree artwork technique is that it is rarely used because of its complexity and features implementation - it is exclusively handmade, delicate and painstaking work of the master, which often lasts several months. Our craftsmens not only have preserved age-old traditions of jewelry art, but also revived them, embodying the intricate souvenirs.
