Description:

The Biological-scientific museum aimed for the promotion of the healthy, way of life and distribution of the sanitary-hygiene knowledge among the population. There are the following departments in the museum: anatomy and physiology of man prevention of bad habits, AIDS and STDs, mother and child health, sex education. There is also a part of the exhibition which is devoted to the history of the health, care in St. Petersburg. In the halls of the museum there is a unique collection of anatomic exhibits, electrical models and glass man.

The museum is located in the historical part of the city of St. Petersburg, has the conference hall and medical library
