The first Naval Aviation Museum was open in April, 1998 in St. Peterburg, the place of Naval Aviation units were organized. The museum cоllection includes a lot of original documentsand items wich demonstrate different stages of the Russian Naval Aviation history. It also gives the information about the unstanding Naval Aviation engeneers, who were participating in the creation of Naval Aircraft, combat biographies of the most prominent pilots. Naval aviation museum has historic materials wich will allow the visitors to learn much about the development of Naval Aviations of all the fleets of Russia.
