Description:

The oldest Lermontov Museum in Russia is in the center of Pyatigorsk. SLM consists of the cottage, the house of general Versilin where is the literary exposition, the house of Umanov, where is the art exposition, and the house of Alyabjer. In the reserved oldhouses of the beginning of the 19th century are some expositions of the museum: literary, art, musical, etc. The places connected with life and work of the poet on the Caucasian Mineral Waters are also included in the stuff of the museum.
