Description:
    The Museum was founded in 1967 in the Moscow mechanical and technological school. In 1939 T. Makarova finished this technical school and got a diploma of technician-confectioner. And at the same time she got a pilot-instructor speciality in the Moscow airclub. During the Great Patriotic war the brave pilot Tatyana Makarova made 628 fighting flights. She perished in 1944, during the fighting in Ostrolensk (Poland). The Museum contains the material about her life and fighting steps of the 46th air regiment: letters, photos? War newspapers and manuscripts. And also there are books about T.P. Makarova and her regiment-mates.
