Description:

The Museum was opened in 1981 in memory of the distinguished scientist, Mstislav V. Keldysh, mathematician and

mechanician, founder and director of the Institute of appllied mathematics.It's located at the Institute and occupied

the scientist's former office. The exibits have come from the Presidium of the RAS while the Presidium of the supreme Soviet has handed over the museum the Keldysh's rewards; family has presended his diplomas, gowns and medals. The museum's funds include photos, films, library, miniature models of space ships.
