The museum is devoted to Kusebay Gerd (or K.P.Chainikov), who is the first udmurtian poet, scientist and representatic of the national culture. The expositions in the museum reflect the poet's scientific, social and literary work, they also tell us about his tragic way og life. In the museum there is ethnographical hall - the farmer house of Chainikovs, that shous us the design, the inner allire of houses and the original peasant populations' manners. At belongs to the and of the 19th the beginning of the 20th centuries. The house itself is build by K.Gerd's father and old brothers. The building is valuable as an architecture of end of the 20th century
