Egorevsk the regional study of local lore museum is created on the basis of Egorevsk decision of administration of Altay territory from December, 30th, 2005 the Museum is the noncommercial organization created for storage, studying and public representation of museum collections and subjects. The museum has been based on the basis of a wood experimental station which has been created in January 1930ã. Scientific employees of station, collected exhibits of flora and fauna, having concentrated them in a wood museum of timber enterprise. They had been collected samples of insects, scarecrows of animals, birds, the rodents living in woods and steppes of area later have been made, this collection represents special pride of a museum and demand of visitors. The total of units of storage makes 20080, from which in a fixed capital 14205 units.
