In 45 km to northeast from modern Kazan, at villages Tatar Asha, Kamaevo, Russian Urmat of area Vysokogorskogo, settles down the whole complex of the unigue historical-cultural, archeologic and natural objects nowadays entering into a security zone the Old-Kazan of the state museum-zapovednik. In the beginning objects the Old of Kazan function as branch Bulgarskogo of museum-zapovednika (BSHAR), but according to the decision №228 cabinets Republic Tatarstan from april, 14th, 1992 object the Old- Kazan are taken under special protection and the state control have been created (OKSMZ). According to these document the grounds entering into territory of reserve are included in security zone (OKSMZ)
