The Temyasovo local history museum was found in 1985 by a veteran of the Great Patriotic war, a teacher Buranbayev Barey Mirkhaidarovich. Also Sitdikov.I.Kh., Yanchurin F.Kh., Valeyev S.G., Irnazarov A.I., Galimova L.A. and Temyasovo settlement people took active part in organization of the museum.

    According to the order of the Council of Ministers of Bashkortostan Republic № 436 on 23 July 1989, the Temyasovo local history museum became the branch of the National Museum of Bashkortostan Republic.

    Since 1991 the museum was located in two-storied building of 300 square meters, which was built in 1896 - 1897 as a volost governing (Burzyan-Tangaurovsky canton executive committee).

    Memorial building is referred to the category of revealed objects of republican significance cultural heritage. It is registered in Bashkortostan Department of preservation of cultural heritage real estate.

    There are more than 3000 exhibits in the museum. The main part of them is consists of rare books, photos, documents. The ethnographic collection describing Bashkirs culture and way of life is represented in two halls of the museum.

    A numismatic collection, arms of the Civil war time, archaeological articles also deserve attention. The exposition devoted to the first Government of Bashkortostan will help you to represent vividly those historical events. It's not by chance, because since January till March 1919 the Government of Bashkortostan Republic was functioning in Temyasovo village.

    There you can see a diorama devoted to uprising of Bashkir people under Abdulla Aliyev (Batyrsha) leadership in 1755-1756.

    One of the halls is devoted to the history of the Temyasovo village. A lot of exhibits and documents tell about different periods of development, economy formation, about soldiers, scientists and researches, and writers, who are Temyasovo people by birth.

    The main activity of the museum is aimed at studying of local history, traditions, at creating of favorable conditions for forming of youths' personality and fostering patriotic sentiment in them.

    Today the purposeful work at methods and ways improvement of the museum work is successfully carried on. Meetings with pupils and students of local history are organized in museum too. Exhibitions, meetings, contests, large-scale events devoted to different remarkable dates are held in the museum
